In the days, weeks, months and years after the death of a loved one it may be hard for people to feel optimistic about their future. For those who have lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, they have probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt they are feeling. It can be a very confusing time when others feel isolated and have many questions about things they've never faced before. GriefShare groups meet weekly to help others face these challenges and move toward rebuilding their lives. Each GriefShare session contains video seminars with experts, focused support group discussion and time for personal study and reflection. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside those grieving through one of life's most difficult experiences. No one should have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare is offered every spring and fall.
